Snovalley Pride
Complete Brand Development
Snovalley Pride, founded by Greg Jamiel in 2023, was created to uplift and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community in the Snoqualmie Valley, with a vision to make the area safer for all. Drawing inspiration from Greg’s love for vintage graphics and color palettes, the organization’s aesthetic is both fun and nostalgic, reflecting the rich history of the rural queer community in the Valley.
With the support of Voice of the Bear Consulting, Snovalley Pride made a powerful debut by sharing their compelling story. Every SVP event has sold out with a strong waitlist, and their unique Pride Picnic framework led to a 100% increase in attendance, growing from 250 attendees in their first year to 500 in their second. This momentum has driven success in fundraising, education, and events, while fostering strong connections with local nonprofits, organizations, and businesses. Snovalley Pride is well on its way to making a lasting impact in the Snoqualmie Valley.

The Snovalley Pride Unicorns
The Snovalley Pride Unicorns
In the rural Snoqualmie Valley, encounters with horses are more common than you might think. Voice of the Bear and Snovalley Pride seized on this local charm by partnering with a group of horse-loving friends to bring their unicorn logo to life—using real, live unicorns! This magical addition became an instant hit, enchanting the community and becoming a must-see at Snovalley Pride’s outdoor events.
Not only did this unique touch captivate audiences, but it also reinforced SVP’s mission and branding, creating an exciting and memorable way for people to connect with their story.

Voice of the Bear Consulting brought Snovalley Pride’s vision of a “vintage summer camp” vibe to life, shaping their brand and marketing with retro charm. We suggested vintage-inspired tees featuring timeless color palettes and designs, while also helping them craft a cohesive look with logo fonts and colors that echoed this nostalgic feel.
This branding not only amplified their message but also reinforced the powerful truth that LGBTQ+ individuals have long been a part of the Snoqualmie Valley community, spanning generations.
